Our Process
Option
Book a free site visit to discuss your ideas and requirements and to advise you on the feasibility and possibilities available.
Architect
Arrange for a consultation from one of our architects who will discuss in more detail and provide an outline sketch for your approval.
Planning Permission
Once a suitable scheme is agreed planning drawings are drawn and submitted for Local Authority approval.
Building Regulations
Building regulations are added to drawings along with all structural calculations & recommendations and submitted for local authority approval.
Project Management
You will have an itemised quotation of the works agreed together with a works schedule setting out progress dates and lead in times. A stage payment schedule will be agreed with dates of payments. All our sites are fully supervised and you will be kept fully up to date with progress.
Construction
Our experienced and friendly construction team who are all professionals in their relative field will carry out the works to our usual high standards. Every stage of the works is checked/ set out by the project manager avoiding problems on the finishing stages later on in the project.
Completion
We feel the job is complete when you are fully satisfied. The works are checked on final completion where any minor snagging items are listed and rectified, as well as any items you may have. You will be shown how to use any new appliances, controllers etc. All guarantees, manuals, certificates and service details will be handed over for your files.
